How is the Dragon Nation doing tonight. I am a Sr.72 and was in Chelsea last Saturday for the Alumni Banquet. Also my sister,Brother-in-law,and Mother still live in Chelsea. I miss it.
I lived in Chelsea for 16 years and this is looking SW into the town. Grew up hearing trains all my life and I still love all the sounds that trains make. This video makes me homesick!!
This is a westbound train from Springfield to Tulsa. video is from mp 381.5 on the Cherokee Subdivision looking east. It's about 2 miles west of Chelsea.

This is a southbound train. The place is two miles south the city. On the right side is old route 66.
