No it isn't. In a issue of Famitsu, a Japanese Video Game Magazine, the company that's making the game saids it is not cancelled and its still be released. They don't have a date for it, but they are hoping for it to be done for either this Fall or Winter of 2008 or just release it in 2009. All and all, it's still coming, so keep you hopes up!
