BROOOOOOO i use 25 dumbell for biceps n its feels so easy now ...i switched to 30 pound with 15 to 20 reps of 4 sets ..is it better if i go for 7 to 8 reps of higher weight or continue with 3 ..i need bigger arms ? help me out thx in advance >

I agree, and I cannot believe how many people at my gym DO NOT close grip press which is such an important lift. Maybe they're afraid people will think they are benching with less weight, but I dont know.
@Jsmith858522 close grip bp is a GREAT exercise, u r right when you say people dont wanna be seen benching with less weight aside, which is just plain foolish on their part..
Bodybuilding is what the name implies, if you have seen strongmen competitions you notice that not all have a bodybuilders physique, you are building muscles by working it from all angles with a weight that challenges you for X amount of reps, power-lifting on the other hand is very different your challenging yourself to lift maximum weight for 1 to 3 reps maybe.
i can't believe it, they are that big but not much power, i lift just as much weight as them, the thing is, bodybuilder are not due to have power, they can't lift very heavy because their muscle are just big because of water in them & also, training 5*10 or 10*10 doesn't give u power, just size but not everybody is looking for power, some like it that way so depend on you basicaly
