Now that's a real shooting video, guns jamming, not hitting diddly, bolts sticking and the like. I like the real vids not the editied junk that makes it seem as if these guns don't jam. I have a few of these and if your lucky you have a few mags that actually cycle.

its because the pps was new and it still needed to have some grinding done / and some of the time it was just the old ammo not going off

Sasha said (in russian) that it wasn't an M44 but a Mosin Nagant carbine, (an M44, though a Mosin Nagant carbine, has certain characteristics, one of which is an attached spike bayonet; if you look close, the carbine used in this video appears to have a detacheable spike bayonet. Perhaps its a dragoon?)
