Great fighting scenes and an ok movie, if they didn't mess up the characters and story.

Ryu is the singular super ninja, the most powerful warrior.

Hayate and Ayane are half brother/sister.

Shinobi simply means ninja, Kasumi is a nukenin, a runaway ninja.

Also, Hitomi wasn't in this movie, c'mon, she is the best.

And they gave Hitomi's personality to Helena, what the hell?

As for the story, the DOA Dimensions game was far better and more interesting.

This is from a person who has watched the movie and really looking forward to playing the game. I thought that this was a good movie. Also to the people that have already played the game. You guys remind me of people who read the book and then go to watch the movie that is based off of the book and then say that it sucks. Just enjoy the hot chicks and kick ass fighting skills. From what I heard(might be wrong) they chose the two hottest girls to be more in the movie along with Kasumi, Ayane, and Helena. And Kokoro, La mariposa, spratan, and alpha 152 were in the 4th game and that game wasn't even out yet.

Lei fang was in it, so was Hitomi, they just had small roles and weren't really seen.

I really enjoyed this film. I was told it was fun by a few people. Its not going to win the Oscar, obviously, but then many of the films that do win awards are terrible to watch. Nothing wrong with this film and plenty right. it would have been nice to see more Liefang or Hitomi. But if they did that teleportation thing it would have been a bad idea. They did it just right.
