whats the difrent of a tail and lead tail?

when you spin left, leading tail grab is when you grab with your left hand and vice versa.

tail grab is just the general term for grabbing the tail of a ski, but there are two specific ways to do it, either the leading tail or the other one, of which i forgot the name :)

is anyone else having trouble with the grab? The spin part is pretty easy, but I seem to lose balance/spin with a grab. Any advice?

I found it helps not to grab until your centre of mass is directly over the lip.

fuck the pipe, slopestyle is where all the skills comes into play. halfpipe is for all the gapers who like to be able to spectate the whole thing without having to move.

halfpipe is sketchy, yea, but its also way more difficult. all your shit has to be absolutely perfect to get it in the pipe, so some would say that its the true test of a newschool skier. if you dont get that, you probably suck ass, especially in pipe!
