@missfanning regardless of what, regardless being not native english speaker, she is a teacher- earning money from students who are eager to learn english, but sadly her teaching ethics are shocking and lack of respect for her students. It shows that her lessons aim to CONFUSE students rather than actually teach.
for that i show my my sympathy for people who seek her tutorials and those who find any of her lessons useful
yeah that's shitty english....."my phone is broken" is fine...even american ppl use it...on the other hand ive never heard ppl saying "my phone is out of order"...that's way too formal
"my phone is broken" is fine....it doesnt make sense when translated to chinese. But well, thats the beauty of studying a foreign language.

為考試而補習到既野,最好考完試就忘記佢;

你去代理商 CLAIM 保用,試下將 doesn't work 換晒做 out of order ,就會覺得好突兀。
My phone doesn't work. 或 My phone isn't working.
I'm looking for a house. 好過 I'm searching for an accommodation 或 residential premises. 。

@kaiostudio absolutely agree
