  • Amazing job since his original improperly done transplants left his head so disfigured, and hopeless looking. Good that he found someone that could help him.

  • He has frizzy hair now... like africans have pubic-like hair in their head. At least he is no longer bald and seriously some people are born with coarse hair like that so there is nothing wrong with being like that.

Not all of the people have sleek hair (thank god I have lousy wavy hair almost straight)

  • Poor fellow. The MD's that caused the isuue should loose their license. Ive had stuff done and it doesnt look good but oh well. Im glad this guy got a good result after what he went thru.

  • his scalp looks itchy

  • id rather be bold... besides whats the point of having a hair transplant if ur ginger?

  • This is like a miracle!

  • You guys who are saying pubes on the head are wrong

Its mostly chest hair and beard hair

    and its AMAZING result

The guys head was one big scar. Do you know how hard it is to get hair to grow in scar tissue? apparently you dont

  • you guys did a great job , this guy was butchered by his previous surgeon

  • couldn't they just put my beard on my head and then i wouldn't have to shave?

  • combovers are awesome.

  • wow they really butchered the poor guy

  • 5:45 Superman yeeaaah

  • This guy ruined his head. I'd hate to hear how much $ he's spent on his hair and still didn't end up with something satisfactory. In the end, it does look better than what he started with.

  • to have body hair in on your head sucks. bodyhair isnt like the hair on your head its much different !!!

  • congratulations, good work

  • Girls DO care.

  • i hope i never go bald o_0

  • @cradleoflinkinpark you better pray (seriously). lol.

  • Beard/chest hair saved this client's life imho. You manage BHT's thicker, curlier nature by keeping it short, have it professionally straightened without touching the scalp, or, go for max length, THEN do a curl, or AFRO which maxes coverage by turning each filament of hair into a spiral which covers 4X to 5X the area.

As time goes by, body hair begins to take on characteristics of head hair, in that it straightens quite a bit. I ought to know.

  • Wow this is impressive.

  • I think most guys incl. myself. want our hair back cuz it makes us feel better, it's not that we do it becuz we dont think we can get weman lol. it's just a matter of taste.

  • PR0PECIA causes lRREVERSiBLE IMPOTENCE !!!!

  • its chest hair on his head...

  • HOW DID I GET HERE

  • @SATIJAF cos ur bold

  • very nice results it was nasty to look at in the start! probably costed more then I'll make in the next 2 years but hey, it was his money not mine.

  • pubes on your head, wouldn fancy it

  • Usually hair will be able to grow very long, but doesn't this type of hair fall out more often and just regrow again? I have never seen chesthair being 40 cm long.

And I have noticed that men often are less hairy on their bodies when getting older. I remember my granddad's legs were smooth as a baby. It probably will react in the same manner, wouldn't it?

    Great work though.

  • @tpmm1 that only makes sense!

  • How do you get hair to grow in scar tissue? What is the percentage of hairs that will successfully grown in these regions? I wear a wig to cover an unsightly scar line across the top of my forehead that runs from temple to temple. I had two punch graft procedures carried out in the mid 80's when I was 18 years old!

That's a great repair and I've seen some good results using body hair. My problem is now trying to hide the scar (and the two large ones on the back of my head).

  • Absolutely incredible

  • unbelievible result, but the structure seems to be a bit unnatural and not homogen,,but to wear it short its nice

  • Imposibil,i dont belive it!!!

  • why says the title worst result?

  • ive never heard of using body hair for transplanting. Is this common?

  • wow, great work.

  • dr umar did good job for the poor gy.i will see u in future

  • It's called an electric razor my fellow balding brothers. Embrace it, it's ok.

  • impossible! I have went trough some bad hair restorations, maybe there is some hope for me too!?

  • hahahahahahahhahahahahaha @ the original pics

  • very good ! congrats !

  • looks like chia pet

  • WOW! I had a flap prcedure done several years ago. Fortunately, I am very pleased with the flap ( although I had to go through 4 months of tissue expansion (Ouch), but I have never seen work that is this high quality with such a botched transplant. The laser body hair transplant ofers more otions, but when I have had consultations about this...the doctors have told me that body hair will never grow to be long. Guess this guy doesn't care because his hair looks GREAT! I will be caling you.

  • Without seeing the before picture, you'd think this guy's hair looked a total mess.

His hairline looks ok from a distance but up close (f2f distance i.e. 1:57) you can see the tiny clumps of hair. The texture isn't uniform and looks patchy due to the use of pubes. The patches will probably grey at different times too...

Sure, the doctor did a great job with sorting him out from before but I bet this guy wishes he had just come to terms with his baldness and never gone down this route.

  • @rinonegro98 Sure, but he will go grey!

  • @capricious71 When hair is moved from many different areas, the hair that begins to turn grey will have an odd pattern. But, that's what hair color is for. Who ever thinks that patient looked better all messed up is obviously not going through hair loss...bet you wouldn't say that if it were you. I have been around the industry for years. I have never seen work that looked that good with al the scaring. However, I would want to request to see this patient in person if I were botched like that.

  • Amazing work.

  • I wish I had the option to go now to your clinic, but still a few 1000$ short hehe

  • What was the total cost of this restoration? I'm just curious. I am certain this guy would have paid 10x the amount for what Dr. Umar did for him. Out-fricken-standing!!!

  • does body hair grow at the same rate as head hair? I'm guessing not because i'm not getting my chest hair trimmed every 4 weeks like my head hair. Shouldn't you address that?

  • My goodness he's a whole new man. <3

  • @cassiexx87

    poor man :(

  • He looked much better when he was all fucked up IMO!!!

  • God bless you

  • Dear doctor how can i contact you?? thanks.

  • Why is this technique being used worldwide? That is, the use of body hair? Most firms don't consider the option to use body hair etc. They seem to be holding out on the idea of hair cloning

  • This is absolutely incredible...

  • DR you are amazing please resolve my problem please.

  • Excellent work! Excellent... I'm sure he's very happy...

  • This only works for white ans asian hair. Sure is tough being black. You cant get hair transplant, cant get laser treatment, scars show easily, you shave you get bumps. Research work is not aimed at the black market i guess less financial incentives.

  • @teewoods False, African-Americans can get hair transplants.

  • @teewoods Why would African American's need one? They look great with a shaved head.

  • Before he looked like a 3rd degree burn victim especially from the back ... This is very impressive !

  • I would assume that this guy has his life back, so its worth it.

  • I would assume that this guy has his life back, so its worth it.

  • I appreciate we're shown both the head and the donor areas. Of course, the transplanted hair looks coarser than it would have had it been taken from the scalp, but, working with what was available, I think the patient's quality of life (in this regard) surely has been improved.

  • $100K's worth of work. But tell you what. It LOOKS like $100K. What the doc isn't telling you, is that this is HIS work. Not a fleet of techs or nurses aides, this is Dr Umar's work

  • $100K's worth of work. But tell you what. It LOOKS like $100K. What the doc isn't telling you, is that this is HIS work. Not a fleet of techs or nurses aides, this is Dr Umar's painstaking artistry and medical knowledge, one hair at a time. Talk about 12 hour days and cutting edge knife free removal and replacement--donor sites disappear, scalp hair reappears undetectably, but for the hair. 3000-4000 BHT takes about three to four days to execute.

And I can hardly wait for my turn.

  • Is it worth it???

  • Cool, but I see that the remainder hair he had is kind of straight , now it seems is curly

  • This guy had some huge balls to take the risk of going through the whole surgery shit all over again with the same promises that fucked up his scalp. His bravery has been well rewarded and he so deserves it!

  • this is amazing transformation!!!very good work by dr Umar

  • seriously, wtf was with that manta ray-shaped scar in the beginning? what fucking doctor did THAT shit and thought, "yeah this will work out just fine."

  • If someone carved my head up like that, I swear I would kill them, then myself. Unfortunately there are many so called Dr's who routinely disfigure people for money, there is a special place in hell for this scum.

  • I nearly choked on my dinner when they showed the "after" clip. He went from Frankenstein to a head of hair I would covet.

  • this DR is TOO good! -_-

i felt sorry for this dude that had to go through the other failed procedures!

  • whoever did his first surgeries should be in jail. They fked him right up!

  • 6-12k? This would of cost 100k

  • what kind of surgery in that first place happen? that is some total mess :O maybe somebody random has playing doctor :D

  • this looks great , I just wish I had the 10k to dish out on the procedure. Being bald at 22 is a little heartbreaking to say the least.

  • No, you don't want to get a hair transplant. Trust me, years from now, it will come back to bite you in the ass. Your other hairs continue to fall out. So you end up looking like an idiot, with just transplanted hairs remaining. Not to mention the scars in the back of your head which become evident as you age and your hair thins.

Do yourself a huge favor. Give yourself a crew cut now and get used to an army style. Save yourself tons of money and tons of future misery.

  • suppose hair transplants is okay for those who can afford 6-12k on hair.

i dont know if i'd be happy with myself if i had to splash out that much money for a head full of hair

  • Sometimes it isn't about girls, youth or anything else but being able to recognize yourself in a mirror.

One morning coming downstairs early, sleepy, the full length mirror revealed a stranger in my house. Had I had my gun, I'd have shot my own reflection.

    I didn't recognize myself.

Now some guys look GREAT bald! I looked like a felon in my own house. It's not me so I had HT.

I need some touch up work & Dr. U works miracles. That's my story and I'm sticking to it..

  • @Yourdeadmeat69 you should put up some pictures

  • I mean this guy(patient) had everything working against him.. down to the shape of his head..wow great job However!!!

  • This truly is one of your most amazing repairs Dr. Umar. The damage was so severe, no one on earth could have equaled the result you got with this guy. Wow, hard to believe that was even possible. Another victim of hair transplantation is allowed another chance at life thanks to Dr. Umar

  • Looking forward to Chapter III of this exciting serial. Just a couple inches of growth with what he's got now, let alone any further work, is going to multiply the results of this hair transpant exponentially.

    Just amazing.

  • Welp, we're coming up to the one year mark in about 60 days, I wonder if this guy's going to do more work, or just show off the results thus far.

I had work done back in the day, and I wasn't this impatient!

and, this isn't even my head!

    I'm staying tuned.....

  • Just a miracle. Best hairlines in the business, best reclamation of a bad hair transplant I've seen on the web.

    Bravo!

  • Besides doing some of the best frontal hairlines I have ever seen, Dr. Umar literally saved this guy's appearance--I have never seen such a mess turn into something so fantastic looking.

For those wondering about texture, I know many East European guys with naturally kinky and coarse hair--it's just another kind of Caucasian hair type. And, as you get older, body hair begins to approximate the texture of scalp hair and vice versa--this will only get better with time.

    Just a miracle!

  • this technique looks good but Id like to see what it actually looks like up close because the hairs on your body are of different textures and thickness.

  • this is very true. However, any way you look at it, hes better off then he was before.

  • This is the most fantastic job I have ever seem done. My uncle could use this treatment, he has virtually no hair on his head, but he has it all over his body. He would be SO much more well off with this treatment, this man looks absolutely amazing. I can't believe you were able to fix the horrific job that was previously done on him. You really are a miracle worker, Dr Umar. I want to tell people about your work! Non evasive, no scars, you are a master at what you do. :-)

  • looks good

  • looks like you saved his life.

  • SHEEZ~~~~ just shave yer head,hair doesnt make a man,it's over rated.

  • @hanoitwin being bald dosent suit everyone...

  • @hanoitwin

how can he shave it with all those scars in the back .. doh.

  • @hanoitwin I agree on that to some extent. Then again, there's a few of us who make a living off our appearances. If I were ever to start balding in lets say the temlpes, I would correct it. I would never undergo heavy surgery however, with the risk of scarring badly.

  • its absolutelly fantastic the result after so huge baldness.. i would say its a miracle... i saw pictures of this guy and i almost cry for his look... i am glad that he finally make it

  • Brilliant

  • Can they use my pubes to patch my bald spot?

  • well, technically yes, but.... are you seriously considering doing that.

  • you shouldnt take hair from a "wet" zone, there are other issues in those areas to consider.

  • Great job doc, I cant wait to visit your clinic.

  • How much did it cost?

  • These results are amazing, pure amazing

  • Brilliant!!... You´re right "Improm2u", also I doubt that there were other doctors interested in this case. Congratulations doctor!.

  • Great result. Though it would still look weird I guess. Maybe with Toppik you can make it perfect.

  • situation at beginning was like hell !!!!! that is so amazing rebuild =)

  • Amazing !!.Keep up the good work Dr Umar...

  • Ok, the doctor's a genius! He is a great doctor.

  • superb job doc, u are the best reapir guy in the world, and ur hairlines on standerd hts is amazing to

i cant think of any other docs that would even bother attempting what u have achieved in this case.

  • great job!

  • Fantastic job!

  • amazing work dr umar you should be very proud!!!
