The best windows ad ever, Windows phone 7 is an amazing peice of OS its the most responsive and simplistic os on the market. I previously had the iphone 4 and android 2.3 nexus s and i must say that windows phone 7 is better. Lovely ad!  I would advise though to make it a bit faster. It stops and starts in a lot of areas.

Really good video. The only thing I would say to do is to tighten it up a little bit. The ad gets really boring at 00:32, and then gets interesting again at 00:52. If you cut that sequence out, it would make the whole thing 20x better.

Instead of making another iteration of the Iphone (regardless of the improvements), Microsoft should find a completely innovative solution. Much like Pininfarina did when they hired Ken Okuyama to design the new Ferrari P4/5. Okuyama was an artist design toy robots in Japan and had never designed a car. He came at the project with a totally unique approach.

@vincitomni85ph1, they can't really make it polished like the iPhone cos the whole design will loose its focus. It's meant to be a "flat sheet". I think they've done the best like this. Any embossing or some sort will distort the design flow. It's something different and am sure you can change the tile color or fill them all with your custom images/icons. If you are talking of copying iPhone, then the likes of Android must have done that. It's a chromeless UI, you can't find a regular "Button"
