For just a brief moment at the end, you can see Alan Radcliffe, Daniel Radcliffe's dad, following the priest in. Alan was very young here and even in that brief snippet looks so much like his son!

What a disturbing scene and her voice seems to come from a deep cave: I HATE YOU. Can't even phantom the thought of doing that at my church. the caliber of Maggie's performance is hard to pair with anything coming out of Hollywood.

The novel is actually set in Belfast, but they appear to have moved the setting to Dublin for the film. As for the accent, Judith Hearne would not really speak like that if she was from a well-to-do Dublin background.
