This is was a ridiculous game by Sunsoft who usually made great games. Of course he graphics are good as expected from them.

This is about as far as i got in this game, pre Internet days and no turbo this game is tough mostly because of its pacing.

to me this was the hardest level 2:42 could not pass it without pots and if you got lose there´s a lot of monster after you lol .. here the whip is very useful ; )

Had a lot of fun with this back in the day but looking back on it it's a bit crap, at least on paper - 3 different graphics styles only, hardly any new elements are added apart from the odd enemy, the level design is basically one long corridor, etc. The high point for me used to be the floors that look like alien guts in the spaceship.

I never understood why a gravestone was the entrance to the "mothership".

You did a great job! And after all these years it's good to know that there IS a way to get into the "white house" (the one with the "family portrait") in den Park :D I remember that I spent HOURS trying to get into that house.

You know...during the last portion, in the UFO, you don't have to be so scared of the bouncing eyes...You can actually walk right through 'em buddy. Just as long as they're not touching the ground, you are safe. I saw you timing to go around some and thought you may not know that. Also, I had no clue about killing the giant eyes with a gun. I didn't know their attacks could be cancelled with a gunshot XD.

It must be difficult to beat this game on the NES because there is no save/password feature. However, I beat it using an emulator (which had a save button) and a walkthrough.

Very impressive. Even with the turbo. You seem to know this game inside and out. I remember being frustrated as hell by it as a kid. Never got past the first boss. I never knew there was so much to it. A very unique and underrated game.

Well it's weird, it seemed like you couldn't hit the enemy sometimes in tight spots.

Do you have Goonies II by any chance? I'd like to see that one beaten lol.

This is weird. When I played the game I remembered that the 8th gun had 3 triangle projectiles in a straight line. I think two triangles cross paths but when held down there would be a line of three. Maybe our turbo controllers differ somehow.

It has 3, yes. It's because of youtube's frame rate that you don't see them. Basically the ones on the side and the center take turns blinking.
