Micro Machines 64 Turbo; All Courses TAS WIP (7 of 43 courses)

I have a question about this game. When you manage to get all the courses in Time Trial Single Race (either by "givetrax", or normally), you don't actually get every track. In one of the multiplayer tournament sets, there's another "restaurant" track called "Fast Food", that uses the same vehicles as used in Snail Trail, Beached Buggies, etc. What I want to know is, is this the only track in the game that cannot be unlocked in Single Race?
