I must say it's weird that supporters from other clubs think Everton FC are crap because Everton hasn't won a major trophy since 1995. Everton has 9 league titles(4th most in England), 5 FA Cups and 1 European Winners Cup!!! Sure Everton doesn't have the payroll of the BIG clubs but Everton is a massive club!!! As I said I'm a Yank and when I see my friends wearing Liverpool or any other big club's football top I tell them SHAME ON YOU!!!:) Much love for Everton FC from the USA!!! COYB!!!
I never said Man U is arrogant but now that you mention it they are despite your comment! Man U isn't better they are lucky to have had the success they have! We both know if it wasn't for Sir Alex Ferguson Man U will still be searching for their first league title since the days of Sir Matt Busby. Why is it that Man U are only good under Scotish Managers? The Toffees might not have the same budget as the "big" clubs but at least EFC still has a soul! Liverpool FC are Man U wannabes! I know all football clubs in England and in Europe were happy when Big Duncan Ferguson retired so they wouldn't get their asses kicked anymore! C.O.Y.B.!
Fucking brilliant. My favorite moments are the clip of Latchford at :41 jumping up on the hoardings (was that after scoring against Bolton in the League Cup semi in '77, or after equalizing against Villa in one of the Final replays?) and the brief overhead shot of GP when there was still terracing (must be in the 80's b/c the half circles are gone from behind the nets). My favorite place on earth.
