As some constructive criticism you should really use your fingers to back up your 'leading finger'. What I mean by that is when you bend/vibrato with your ring finger, you should really have your index and middle fingers behind it to add strength.

Honestly sitting down never was a problem for me, you can either find a way that is comfortable, or if you have a short guitar strap like I do its not a problem. Flying V is a really great guitar, and I think you should get one
