@05011991 if you use the title of this video as search terms the second result is from 2007. There are a bunch of others from 2007 if you use "timbers army" and "greek chant" as search terms. It seems around 2007 was when TA people started posting videos pretty regularly.

@bdillon16 It uses similar words to the MVFC version. As far as youtube is concerned, there are videos of both groups doing this chant in 2007. One of the TImbers Army originators follows the A-league pretty closely, so it's possible that it was inspired by Melbourne.
