I cried during this video because listening to what you said & thinking all the stupid things that ive done, who knows how many animals ive eaten. Ive tried being vegetarian 3 times before & i fail because it's so hard having everyone around you saying negative things. My dad would tell me i was going to get sick that i should stop it & things like that. But this time im doing it for the rest of my life. I have a while now vegan but secretly, this time i dont want anybody messing with my head.

And all the animals should be free to enjoy the beauty of life as who they are, love & respected by us at least, even if eaten by other animals. Whenever I'm feeling grateful about my life it hits me hard to remember all those animals actually in a hell here, but I try to still stay positive. People are encouraged by advertising to be these TV obsessed cell-phone junkies eating fast food and being cruel, when those things are self-degrading. Great message here, thank you.
