Ever think of connecting your highbeam to the horn so you can flash your highbeams when you hit the horn?

You can put a switch between the light and the horn button so you can disable it.

Why would you only want to use this during the day?

Because at night your headlight would be blinking. The modulator blinks your headlight during the day to catch other drivers attention.At night it goes back to a steady stream of light for night driving.
