Why was she in the bottom 2 in spite of her performance?

Because she is so annoying when she talks back to Andrew Lloyd Webber. Simon is right, in that she has shown a lot of personality there on the stage, yet spoiled by unawareness of ignorance and arrogance. No diva has performed, just an immature person.
