So is this an initial starting exercise that has no prerequisites before one starts working w/ this meditative method? Are you being taught by your "guides" or getting instruction from an elder Shaman?

@cloaknpoke It's all coming from the source. The more you meditate, the more you practice, the more respect and discipline you have the more wisdom you will manifest. We are connected with the source. It is doing the work to find the path back to that connection....

@cloaknpoke Yes this should be done by any one with any level of meditation experience. It will just provide you with a larger energy body for your vibrations to manifest at faster/greater levels
