  • When are we going to blame the parents again for the behavior of our children? like it is supposed to be like in the past.

it is so obvious "atleast for me" that all these so called personality disorders are caused by the lack of attention parents give to their children. It makes me so ANgrRRRYY !!!! Ggrrrrrr!!!!

  • You seem like a great person. You are beautiful physically, but you're also beautiful on the inside too.

  • Friend--Be excited---As I said earlier you are an Earth Angel come down to earth with a purpose. You are perfect -Check the qualities of an earth angel in google search engine. Please continue helping people. I am also an earth angel teaching students and helping people. We perform our role on earth and we leave when the Lord feels our work on earth is completed

  • At first glance I feel atracted to you, because you are a very beautiful girl, but as i hear you speak and am able to relate to most things you mention, then there the sexual attraction is not so important anymore, it's a silly thing to have that kind of feeling for somebody who is being rso honest about here self, there is another kind of feeling emerging, appreciation, and that is the one i want to keep.

  • Saskia you described me to a tee. But im not near as bad as I used to be. I had a bad day today and a thought popped into my head to check out some videos on youtube about shy people and i happened to stumble across yours. I know others have said this in the comments before but you need Jesus. His Holy Spirit is my comforter in my worst days. He's the last place I ever thought id find what i was looking for, but now ive truely found it in him.

  • You're beautiful! I don't mean only physically. I am sure you can see that and know that you are physically beautiful, but your mind too you sound really sweet. I think and feel very similar to you, very sensitive and things but I don't think I have autism. I don't know

  • sounds like you're bipolar, not autistic

  • Don't let anyone judged u. Your advocacy is always your treasure of giving your goals. This is your destiny mate. You're the same as me as high functioning and u can do whatever u want

  • Saskia, I have autism as well too but I got to say that these normal people don't understand our reality of autism. Love the locomotive and subway because I'm an expert talking about these things. It's not true that you're too moody because u look very couteous and nice. Ignore the people that treated u like fake. If I was your pal, I will amke u happy and change your life forever

  • I have Autism myself. You are beautiful!

  • No wait,Norway right

  • @Aspanaut : Lol, not Galician & not norwegian also ;)

    I'm dutch ;)

  • R u Galician?

  • May i ask you something? Are you also in constant stress or angst?

Those are some of the symptoms i have and i was also diagnose with SA.

I am always with fear, for instance, right now, my grandpa is terminally ill. He`ll die in matter of dyas, maybe a month or so. I had a panic attack after hearing it.

  • hmm ik vind dat je alles goed oppakt en gewoon verder gaat met je leven :)

gelukkig zijn er belangrijke mensen in je leven die het allemaal een stuk makkelijker maken voor je als het nodig is :)

    respect ;)

  • nice to see someone doing a video about McDD. I have symptoms of McDD since birth but no diagnosis. I dont see many people with McDD on the internet, But i guess that is because the diagnosis is new and basically only used in the netherlands. I guess many of the autistic people or misdiagnosed mentally ill are really McDD.

  • I feel like I was watching my son speak just now... He's 7 and having a really hard time functioning in this world right now. We've been trying to get a diagnosis for him for 2 years.

  • u r not sick.. u r the future of mankind

  • the girl got her dream. THAT'S LIFE.

  • Hey, When something disturbing happens. don't let them judge u. I can say that I'm very proud of you saskia. standing up for yourself can be your real thing for future. I also have autism. I'm able to speak clearly as you are too. Nothing matters. That's your life. U made a confident choice

  • Thanks

  • You give a very clear picture of this topic so you are doing a lot of good by posting your videos. Thank you on behalf of all viewers. One can see in many cultures that everyone is living their whole lifes mostly from imaginal or fantasy beliefs so it's part of humanity. It becomes a big problem when imagination is not filtered out in practical situations. You make it clear and understandable. I am impressed by your courage. Great job. Loved your own song Fight with Mom.

  • i think alot of the things you say is common to all humans, but its easy to see youre a really kind person, having a strange sense of humor, and caring for others before yourself isnt nessecarily a bad thing, in fact, i find it really adorable. take care :)

  • How many languages do you know?

  • I don't understand why this is autism and not high sensitivity with social anxiety.

If you say you're more thinking of others than yourself... isn't that totally different from autism?

  • @Elemarth : I dont know, a professor has diagnosed me with this.. and i really can relate to the symptons.. so i do have mcdd(autism) REAL autism people cant think about others really good, but people with mcdd can sometimes.. Depends on which personality u have you know..

  • Well, professors and doctors can think a lot of things, and not all of them are right. Maybe I should look up this type of autism and it will make more sense to me.

  • @Elemarth read what autism is, its nothing like social anxiety or sensitivity. austism can be diagnosed as a child but social anxiety can't.

  • @boogiechillen123 I have no idea where you got that idea from. I've never heard it before and it's not true. If you don't believe me, look up "social phobia in children".

What about her can't be explained by SAD? The only thing I can think of is taking things literally. Please answer. I'm interested in figuring out how to tell the difference.

  • For a while me and my friend had a bet after watching "the other sister" if there were ever hot people with mental disabilities like autism.... well this answers the question

  • I certainly recognised myselfe in that video, I have Bipolar too, I might go and get a reassesment

  • I do that alot too having to know where we are going who going to be there all that stuff. but i dont have autism though. means...... different. but now that i am older i tend to just say it doesnt matter who is there or where we are going i dont have know before hand to see if i am going with my friends or not. i just know my friends are going and i want to be with them so i just ignore the other people.

  • Sweet and pretty.

  • MCDD sounds a bit like Bipolar disorder.

there is a great book called "The Bipolar Child"

when i started reading it, page after page described chapters of my life. Going from hyper to sad to angry to relaxed is what it is. My previous doctor, a world renowned psychiatrist explained that it is like an epileptic seizure, but a different part of the brain that is seizing. Idk about Nederlands, but here, the treatment is A LOT of pills. mood-stabilizers, anti-psychotics, et c.

  • Well done for posting this!! I've never heard of MCDD until now, but I'd like to know more about it. I'm on the Autism spectrum myself... I have Asperger's, and I can relate to a lot of things you've said.

Keep up the great work Saskia =)

  • "Autistics cannot, they won't go beyond their world, their way of thinking. They won't acknowledge being wrong"

That isn't true. We do it all the time both on youtube and in person. I am autistic myself and also have a friends that are. Whenever the convo is about our condition, we start to talk about ourselves excessively. Flaws, strengths, other labels that could describe us. And a lot of us feel like we have to say "no offense" before giving mild criticism.

  • Completely agree with 'unendlichmalnull'. You do not look neither seem autistic, at least to me.

I am a High Sensitive Person and I actually feel the same and have similar symptomes.

But still, I would never say I'm autistic or socially-anxious... I'm just more sensitive. Prone to depressive thoughts and obsessions. And I do not like normal sensitive idividuals ;]

  • what u describe sounds pretty normal..... might be hard to go into details but from what ive heard out of that video it must be quite a few people having this disorder

  • Most so called disorders are sounding pretty normal until you have it. I don't think so that it is normal for most people not being able to devide fantasy and reallity. Some people daydream once in a while, but when you ask them if this was real or not, they are able to give you the right answer.

  • This is a very good and informative video. I am also diagnosed with autism.

Keep up the good work! :o)

  • girl, that takes a lot of guts to let out your feelings like that! I have been in school with many autistic people and they are very inspiring, and sweet. Good job!

  • OMG I have an asperger syndrome diagnosis, and had never heard of MCDD but now after reading about it I'm seriously thinking I may have that instead... I know that the exact label is not that important though, I know I'm autistic and that's all that matters! Thank you for that video. :)

  • i'm moody too.. :p

  • You're a beautiful person girl ;) Ignore the haters.

  • you're such a nice person and it's so nice that you did this!

    <3

  • nice :) i know a girl who is autistic and she's really nice :)

  • You're an angel!

  • hey sas ^^ im kinda like u in many ways so i understand wat ur feeling =( the reason why u get hyper and happy cuz u just forget all ur problems and enjoying something u like.. after ur dead.. u remember all the problems u have.. i think thats how it works xD and caring for other ppls feeling more than u .. i do the same XD im not saying im a very kind person but for some reason i care more if a guy get hurt by me then me by them O_o

  • You don't have a point and if you don't like this kind of video's and don't have any respect for her, why are you watching it?? and she is very normal!!! the only dumb one here is you. for being so mean to her, while she's very brafe to post this kind of video's

  • MCDD is not paranoid, it's a real disorder, you are juste narrow minded if you can't see that. The only point you made is that ur stupid and have no respect for other people.

  • I never thought you would have autism ^^ Weird thing is, you can't see it ^_^ I never noticed it sassy , brave that you put this video up here, i think you will help alot of people ^^

    greetzias

  • Great video Sas. I think it's really interesting ^^ I liked your expression while you were talking about moody. lol

    -Ryan

  • its right you should express ur feelings im not authistic but being authistic must be hard.

    keep well sas. = )

  • strange thing about human expressions is when you look at someone's face you will see anger, disgust, awkward, and fear. That is how a lot of people feel about being in public, the "I can't believe I just did something so stupid in front of everyone" feeling. Or the "don't do anything dumb you idiot" feeling. People tell themselves these things constantly. I am sorry that you think those feelings are directed towards you (hugs)

  • Nice video, and good explanation of MCDD and what & how you feel about it.. ;)

  • my cousin is also autistic a little.... :)

  • I've read about autism and Asperger's syndrome, and I definitely fit some of the criteria, but social anxiety disorder seems like a more accurate diagnosis. I wish I could motivate myself to get to a therapist, so I could be diagnosed for real...

  • Good luck buddy :) Maybe you should make an appointment ( or however you say ) at the doctor ?? and explain what you feel to him, and maybe he can help you further??? to get a diagnose??

That's the way my mom did when i was 5. And social anxiety i got diagnosed when i was 16. one year ago... We went to the doctor.

I know it's really hard to get there, but push your self a little, and you can do more than you think.

    xxx Sas

  • @Deathinmusic yea theres been some talk about whether or not a person can 'develop' aspergers by being extremely anxious. whereas now it is defined as being something youre born with.

  • I feel the same, it makes me feel crazy.

  • I know exactly what you mean :(

*hugs* But you're not crazy dude.

Trust me. If you would, then everybody would be crazy XD I think nobody is crazy with autism or without it ^^ It's a disorder, you can't help it :)
