If you choose a game with players distributed evenly then it's going to be hard for most of their team to be on one side. Plus, if they're not hacking then Guerrilla won't do anything about it.

Try using squad; this is what I always do when joining a team with newbies: make a squad full with 4 members, then leave and make another squad, and leave and make another squad. Continue making squad until everyone is in a squad.

I found that squad is more effective than respawn grenade.

Well. If you buy the Killzone2 bundle, it'll be free with your slim. But if you have a ps3 already, I'd say buy mw2 and then scout your gameshop for a discounted copy of kz2. Killzone2 is a great title to own, storyline is great, but as far as replay, mw2's community is waaaaaay larger and will keep you occupied. Kz2 is great online as well, but the community is smaller.
