Erm, you need to make the eyes just a liiiiitle (well actually a lot) smaller... And u make the arms too noodle-like. Instead of making the elbows have rounded edges, try to make them a bit sharper. And hey I'm not trying to be mean or anything, just trying to give you a couple of tips. Good luck ^.^
