@daiuf The problem with PC is it can get outdated. you have to buy upgrades and stuff like that. With a console you don't need to upgrade the graphics card etc. You know you're not going to have performance issues

@shakushki well, consoles get outdated too. If you've got an outdated PC, you can just turn down the graphics on most latest games and generally they'll still run OK. But you straight up can't play a PS3 game on a PS2.

@daiuf good points all. But there are some sweet indie games on xbox. That's actually why I got it originally: Braid and Castle Crashers. And once Fez comes out I'm a day 1 purchase for sure. And Super Meat Boy, although that's PC as well. Limbo blew my mind.

@frezned both As a general rule, shooters are better on PC, the controls flow better, i don't think there is a logical arguement anyone can make to prove otherwise.

However games like castle crashes i feel play better with a controller, and for the non-x-box consoles, Wii, PS3 some of their games will be exclusive and as such infinitely better on their console, as they don't exist anywhere else!

I just don't class Fallout as a shooter. I use VATS pretty much exclusively, so it just doesn't feel shootery.
