I've seen this Clear internet going around, give it a look.

I'm just saying this because I had Time Warner, they wanted to make my mother pay an extra 100 dollars after the 12 month period for the cable, so the jump from 40 $ a month to 100 $ a month was too much.

And the "Roadrunner High Speed Internet" isn't as fast as advertised, along with my modem shutting down every couple hours...
