Solder Together Flashing RGB LED Project

How would the process go if i had a 6 pin LED and a mosfet voltage regulator?

i have a three leg led flashing led. How would i go about wiring it?

@Curtisloew88 3 lead LED, there is 1 ground and 2 positives, Power to 1 lead will make 1 color and same for the other, Power to both should make a different color too.

For what purpose was this LED created? What practical application does it serve? Seems strange a company would build a component like this...

I don't think anybody creates components for the hobby market. There must have been some product this was supposed to be used in.

Well I supose if there was like a machine that needed an indicator for it's status (red means off,green on, yellow problem ect. Ect. I do know that they have multicolor LEDs with 4 pins but this is just what I think.
