Brothers like Canada are needed to mentor other Brothers/Sisters who find themselves passionate about developing quality educational institutions and programs for our urban youth but don't quite know how to pull it together, or even you to turn too for guidance!
It's about a picture I have which depicts, "Brothers Gonna Work It Out!" That depiction displays one Black hand/arm reaching up, and another Brother, who is over the wall, reaching down to pull that one reaching up, up!

Thank you HarvardCPL for uploading this video. Geoffrey Canada is a great man. I remember watching his interview on Oprah some years back. Whereas as most people TALK about what needs to be done to improve the black communty, Mr. Canada WALKS what needs to be done to improve the black community. Geoffrey Canada is a MAN OF ACTION. I wish him many successes in his endeavors.
