  • surprisingly devastating kick if used in a fight years of practice and is very very dangerous shoes add to the damage i have seen it in forms but not for contact in general practice .

  • I don't like this form of Kungfu but it's solid nontheless. I perfer the low kicks to the knees and other vital places rather than above the belt. Makes you unbalanced too.
