  • that is literally thee cutest cat i've ever seen!

  • she totally has a hot voice, lol

  • U'R RIGHT, i BOUGHT IT A FEW DAYS AGO, AND.. i CAN ONLY SAY IT'S AMAZING.

I have alergy to my cat, not to much,.. but its something.. and I got tired of giving him baths, buying brushes.. but this is the best thing i've found with difference :)

  • You have a hot voice. I'm getting this!

  • damn you could make a sweater with that if you kept going for a little while!

  • what a beautiful cat!

i am very interested in getting a cat and your cat seems so peaceful! what type of cat is he/she?

  • @Calpico852 She was a wonderful cat. Very sweet demeanor. She was a domestic calico. I had her for 23 years, and sadly I had to put her to sleep this February 17th. It has been very sad her without her. Good luck on your qwest to find a cat.

  • @KarlaKayM

Bless her and bless you. 23 years! You must have taken exceptional care of her. She was gorgeous but I am a bit partial to calicos... I have a 6 mo old calico long hair kitten and just got a FurBuster. It's incredible how much it's reduced her shedding. We can have cuddle time without cat hair flying everywhere when I pet her.

  • @rawtoast Thanks for your sweet message~ :-)

  • @KarlaKayM I had no idea cats could live that long. My oldest lasted until about 14 or 15 before kidney failure.

  • @Smaugren Yes, I was certainly blessed to have her as long as I did.....I miss her alot~~~~~

  • @Smaugren i had my work experience in a vets and one came in that was nearly 30 haha

i was in shhhhhoockkk but yano..wasnt in the greatest shape

kinda..mouldy and ofc had to be put down :P

but yeah they can live up to like 29 so

  • @KarlaKayM Sorry you had to put your cat down. I've had to do that 5x over the past 4 years. It never gets easier.

But thanks for the review. I'm buying a Furminator for my Birman

  • @Calpico852 Please get a kitty from a shelter! There are lots of lovely kitties there waiting for a loving home :)

  • beautiful cat, but u should have gotten the cat version !!

  • Many videos show owners using a rough hand with this brush; even a few of the official FURminator videos seem to portray an aggressive technique. It's important to have videos like yours that show gentle but effective strokes. And for viewers concerned about the cat in this video, do understand that most cats will fuss when restrained for anything, even painless procedures--feline independence, you know. Speaking of, she's a stunner; the peachy-black coat is lovely!

  • coool, i really want one of these. i had a orange cat that was a little more than 11 months old when he died, it made me really sad. he was very young, but i guess i should have expected that because i let him be an inside-outside cat. He didnt actually shed too much. He usually only shed when he slept on my head at night. i would wake up covered in fur, but it still wasnt too much. he never did have any fur balls. I think yout cat is very beautiful. she does look like a shedder... =)

  • nice vid! and BEAUTIFUL CAT! My calico is a lighter version of her heh

I just ordered mine on ebay..can't wait for it to show up! my cat Tiki sheds SOO FREAKING MUCH and gets hair balls too, so im eager to try it. =)

im tryin to figure out why ppl this this is abuse of a cat... uh..its a cat, they are prissy by nature and not use to being groomed, just cuz a cat meows doesn't mean ur hurting them lol. they act a lot more aggressive if they are truly hurt.

  • Your cat is cute... a lil fussy.... but cute :)

  • Thanks so much....she is 24 years old.....that is why she can get a little fussy.....I am so blessed to have had her this long! :-)

  • 24!?!?! Oh my.....! She looks fantastic for her age!

  • Okay in all the videos I've watched, all cats need to be held down or they go away when they see the furminator coming. I was thinking of buying one, but after watching many videos and reading the negative reviews on amazon, i don't know anymore (the positive reviews are all over the main page, i guess amazon gets a lot of furminator sales, but check out the 3,2,1 stars reviews, there's a lot). It does remove hair, but if it hurts the cats - tugs on the hair harshly, pulls on the skin - IDK.

  • Well now that i have had it for awhile you need to be very gentle and not push down or it will just go right to the bones....on my cat in the video it's a necessary evil, no brushes work like this to remove mats! Have a great day!

  • It looks like a good thing, for me and my cat ;) Thank you.

  • I have cats and reptiles in my house and I just have big issues with abuse of any animal. In fact I am careful that my FEEDER mice are kept humanely until my snake is ready to consume them.

  • I see.....that makes me sad....I won't tolerate any mis-treatment of any animals. Thanks for you reply! :-)

  • Petsmart should be boycotted for abuse to their feeder animals. :) Your cat is cute though!

  • Tell me what you have experienced I want to know....Thanks! :-)

  • I might have to order one of these badboys Sumo is a long haired and he gets furrier all the time. Poor kitty I am sure hes not happy I would be pissed too if someone stole my hair on Camera :)

  • Karla, I use the Furminator on my Corgi...works GREAT!!!! Paid much less at Petco....$15 or $20 at the most.

  • It is awesome HUH? :-)

  • Wow - with three cats I definitely need one! Have you noticed any decrease on the amount of hair around the house since you have started to use this?

  • Well I will have to report back....b/c I just got it yesterday~ :-) It works great! :-)

  • looks like it really works! i have a short hair, thankfully.

  • Works great! :-)

  • Wow I need this for my rabbit! He has a thick coat and when he molts his fur ends up all over the house, this would great to use on him!

  • I have a German Shepherd, we have to do that daily or he will shed like crazy lol

  • The hair gets crazy! :-)

  • I've seen this on QVC a bunch and wanted to order it. We have short haired pets but they shed like CRAZY! Beautiful kitty, btw!!

  • Thanks so much....it works so great! :-) It is supposed to cut down on shedding! :-)

  • I bought a special brush in Walmart my cat looooves when I brush her. I am gonna buy furminator after this brush is no longer good.(it seems to do the job)

  • It's Awesome! :-)

  • First of all, that cat is friggin beautiful! Secondly, there was an auto display thing at my vet's office for that and I kept thinking that there's NO WAY it would work that well. Guess I was wrong and I'm totally getting one the next time we have an appointment.

  • This is sooo great. Thank you for sharing. Hmmm, I wonder if it works for rabbits. My rabbit has extremely dense fur. Rabbits clean themselves but they can't cough up fur balls so when she sheds and begins to lick herself, I get worried. I also plan to get a long haired dog so this will be WONDERFUL!!

  • You should get one! :-)

  • What a beautiful cat! I use the furminator on my shaded silver persian all the time, it is fantastic...My cat likes it too. :) Fab

  • Wow, you have enough hair there to build a whole other cat! I need to get one of those. I'll have to check around.

  • It's GREAT! :-)

  • Girl you will not be sorry...you cannot believe how much hair comes out! :-)
