I have 45 rats. Be under no illusion; they feel love. If nothing else, I hope this makes people wake up and realise how badly we persecute and torture these animals: laboratories, poison, traps, shooting; things we wouldn't dream of doing to a dog or cat, and yet rats have comparable, if not superior, intelligence to both.

it reminds me slightly of Wall-E because he was the outmoded garbage disposal unit (the street rat) and eve was that high tech plant collecting robot (the white rat) but this is way better than wall-e i like how it didn't have a cleced (bad spelling) ending as you would expect a happy one very good move there because it makes it that much more touching =)

but still darn sad =(

A brainy rat hacks the system and he finds love with another male (gay rats simply must be featured in film). They they revolt and kill the computer and the door opens, but they haven't escaped yet.... Suddenly GLaDOS 3.0 descends from the ceiling and all hope seems lost until Chell and Gorden Freeman's love child destroys the machine...

I cried. I own rats and love them dearly. This is true to how rats are. They are a tad less clumsy though, and also I don't think that's the end. Rats can play events like a rewind button in their head. He'll find a way to get back to her. Make a sequel sad endings just wont do! lol jk. brilliant.

I needed, I really NEEDED, the white rat to escape with her street rat. Assuming the white rat is a female? Well, either way. Ending too sad for me, but superb animation, even of the trains and bag before the rats appear. Love the virtual cameras too! and the lighting and POV. Wow. Amazing work! now make a happy one:)

Can someone please explain what that plasticbag means? I first thought it symbolizes "good", but since the moment it stuck on that computer (which could symbolize evil, maybe?) i'm not sure anymore. Maybe it's love, that could be too, would explain that little snack-thing being destroyed at the beginning (like love hasn't got a chance under those circumstances etc.) Any more ideas or a solution? I'm really curios about that!
