It's interesting that his justification for passing the unconstitutional mandate was to prevent people from free riding on the guaranteed emergency room care. My follow up question is, "Where in the Constitution does it give the government the power to mandate that a private business (in this case a hospital) accepts customers for free?" I'm not against health care for the poor, I'm against the government's regulations on the health care industry have driven the charitable hospitals out.

It isn't about the false left right paradigm they want us to believe exists. Both parties are corrupt to the core and owned by the same criminal organizations. Their fighting over issues such as health care is to distract us from the evil agenda they are forcing upon us. Parts of this agenda are in every bill they pass. Soon they will complete all legislation necessary to enslave us and turn over control to a criminal international banking mafia.

So they passed a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he didn't understand it, passed by a Congress who exempts themselves from it, signed by a President who smokes, with funding from a treasury Chief who didn't pay his taxes, all to be overseen by a Surgeon General who is obese....And better y......et.................... it is to be financed by a country who is broke....

If these clowns wanted to make health care affordable for everyone, they'd defang the bloodsucking lawyers and introduce some tort reform. There's no need for an entire federal takeover. That's like cracking open a peanut with a sledgehammer.
Anyway, why should anyone be lectured on good health by a man who obviously can't keep his own weight at a healthy level? All that eating from the pork barrel no doubt.

This is because, as much as it may be a justifiably emotional and difficult to evaluate situation, a potential baby is not an actual baby. An unborn baby cannot have Rights as an adult has Rights because it is still a part of the woman bearing it Of course, for the people involved there is still a *moral* decision.

Anyone who wants health care gets it now, less will get it if this crap flys and it will take longer and cost us all more because that's how it always works with government garbage and that's exactly how it's worked in every country that's done it. Ask Canadians who pay $6 for a gallon of milk and $1 for an orange and about triple for goods services than we do in the US. Looks like they are making money, but in translation to cost of living they are impoverished
