I think the title in romanization is something like Augh Hoeuy Kyung Rompueng or in english: We've Lost our Trust or Empty Promises, or Promises no more. Something towards that degree. It's hard to encode the Khmer langauge because the English language is so fuckin limited in meaning ...oh go figure a meaningless language for meaningless people!
