Everyone- I wish things had gotten better but the recent events with 2 additional deaths from bullying I think an extra step is necessary. It's fine that I can post reassuring comments on youtube, but that's not enough. My boss already kind of knows I'm gay, but I need to make sure that my position is known and I can do what I can through my friends and family. (I can't be fired for being gay..) This is too important. And I'm scared...at the age of 46. But this has to stop.
