Wow...that's a good video considering it's an amateur production. Who started the Reichstag Fire will always be one of the biggest conspiracy theories in history. The evidence does point to it having been started by the Nazis themselves though.

I believe it was the nazis who did it to gain more seats, because remember this event happened 1 week before the vote in the Reichstag. Van der Lubbe, had been arrested near the scene, he and 4 other suspects, inc. Torgler (German communist party leader) were tired. Only der Lubbe was convicted. The Nazis imposed martial law as they feared (with reason) another attempted communist revolution had begun.

The US would issue Marshal Law if they thought a revolution had begun.
