I have a question man, i bougth a alienware pc because money its not an issue for me. mine has 1TB 7400RPM HDD, i7 2600k 8GB of Ram a 6870 and im gonna buy another to put crossfire on, whatever, if i buy an SSD and put windows on it it would be as fast as your system? or faster? slower, i wanna know :D thanx already for reading this
@xXDhamoXx ok, now in the simplest of ways i can put this,
ANYTHING on an SSD will be a 100 times faster than any HDD. Period.
NOW, next thing you need to look at is the READ/WRITE Speed of the SSD you get, but ANY SSD would beat the shit out of any hdd. Period2.
If you get an SSD like 128GB or higher, you'll be able to comfortably install Windows 7 on it with all your applications, THAT will be as fast as my Computer.
But then again, look into PCI-E Drives, ask me if questions
@allstars190 If you looked at my other comment that was posted before this one, it clearly says that I didn't see all of the apps on the computer when I posted the original comment. Calm the hell down

crap tests
everything before the actually booting from disc varies from mainboard to mainboard and other hardware attached, driver loading, etc
tests like this are kinda useless if you care for seconds
