  • Yep, 'pop' 'hiss' 'crackle' I worked in a record factory 20 years ago, used to work a Wurlitzer manual press. Mastering those disks was very difficult, there's a lot of 'human error' in every LP. Great video though, really enjoyed watching it.

  • GREAT VIDEO! Thank you for posting this informative video. Anyone have a year on this? I will say from my knowledge for record collecting, this was post 1953, since the 12 inch albums do not have covers that say in bold letters "33 RPM" and this was pre 1957 before the Elvis craze and the "Living Stereo" period. Is that a good guess?

  • @cartoonfan1920s that's a pretty darn good analysis if you ask me!the selections they gave at the end were rather bland,all i know for sure is that it's pre-anything cool.i wonder what music i would have liked if i'd been around during the dark ages,blues i guess.
