@SweetSinFZ I would not recommend this since this is actually a behavior of many eating disorders. I used to do this a long time ago and eventually it lead me down a road that got worse and worse. Please don't do this to yourself, don't get on the rollercoaster of binge and overexercise trying to compensate for the eating. Use real tools to assist you. Yo-yoing back and forth through extreme behaviors will not help in the long run. Be Well.
I always have one chocolate bar in the cupboard it has to be my favourite though, when I feel the cravings for a binge I nibble at the chocolate bar instead.
Great video! Very insightful. Really like the part about realizing that slipping up somewhat on certain days is okay because you have the attitude of knowning that the one time won't bring you down completely. Thinking this way can help mend for future binges.
i dont know if this works just for me, but i'm very sensitive to caffeine, so if i have breakfast with a coffee and a few buscuits i dont feel the need to binge eat the whole day, i have an healthy meal for lunch and eat something at 7 pm. for dinner.
before starting drinking a little coffee in the morning it was impossoble for me to eat properly, as during the summer i work at a grocers shop and i can eat a lot of cakes and stuff like that. hope coffee keeps controling me : D
if I over eat one night, can I do a intense work out to compensate?

Such a good idea - I'll def try this next time... it's truly awful ... the whole binge thing and feeling out of control. Grrrr !

Thank you Karen. I am going through a rough patch and I feel that this mindset is a large part of what is lacking. Thank you friend
