MJ was not John Doe from Anywhere USA, he was MICHAEL JACKSON! Since he apparently didn't specify in his will where HE wanted to be, this presents a big problem for his next of kin! There are many complex issues at hand that MUST be considered. Elvis was buried quickly and had to be exhumed. Maybe they are trying to prevent that scenario.

I think MJ has been buried there since the day of the memorial. He wasn't even in that casket. They buried him right away and then they had to get the new grave sodded and covered nicely so no one suspects it is him. They said they will bury him privately in an unmarked grave. They already did. Keeping him above the ground this long is not believable.

Its just a guess, but Ive read some biographies on the Jackson family, and I think Michael might be buried at his parents estate which I think is called Hazelhurst... that way no one can bother him for a few years.. due to his parents age.. after their passing Hazelhurst could be turned into a Graceland as a tribute to the Jacksons...
