Neither of us stole from the other. Our logo isn't even in this commercial. What exactly is suppose to be similar? We had this goofy thing made our first year and I'm not sure why we are even still using it and I will probably have it replaced soon. Why anyone would even bring this up is beyond me.

whoa guys, first off DeadLand didnt take Darksyde Acres Logo, second off DarkSyde didnt take Deadlands logo. The House in question is stock art that was apparently purchased by both attractions. This is the first I heard about this when someone pointed out that someone stole our logo so came to see what was being said. Bill Im sure you know better..... Rob

I am from The Crypt over in Burton, Michigan. And I have to say The Deadland is a well designed, pretty scary haunted house. Its a good haunt! lots of gore!
