Napoleon already had professional soldiers and experienced officers under command. Washington didn't. Although, I still agree, Napoleon would beat Washington. But always keep in mind of the different situations each figure faced.

Who turned his Rubel of Peaseants into some kind of Army to begin with were People like von Steuben etc. Also he did not fight the whole british Army, in fact most of his Time he was running and maneuvering to not get his Troops vaporised by the British. In the End, the French won the Rev-War more than the Americans did themselves. Tru, the Americans did do quite well under Circumstances,

I think they have done a lot to address the problems of the past 2 seasons;
1) Making the computer sim a lot more complex with more X Factors.
2) Getting a actual Green Beret, who actually makes Military Games to program the variables.
3)Multiplying the number of trials (the # of times they run the sim) by a factor of 5.
I think these are all excellent changes to their earlier methods.
