In continuation, The cars drive wwithout lights, one head light...its just sad that soemthing like this had to happen for someone to pay attention. The President needs to find some form of structure where cars get inspections and if they can't pass it, they don't et put on the road...someone needs to do something, it should not take the life of an individual for action to tke place. They need to find the coward that was driving that truck and give him serious jail time, all cars have an ebrake.

This needs to stop, can you imagine........I have been to Haiti numerous times, and the roads asnd the vehicles on the roads are NOT SAFE! People taking red lights, driving same direction, head on just to cut you off.
