Amen, DaveBonds. This movie was very sorry. I'll admit, my eyes almost welled up when Optimus Prime said "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings", and I got such a charge out of the 2 seconds they showed the Autobots rolling out convoy style in what appeared to be the same environment the cartoon was set in, but other than that, this movie, and its soundtrack roster, SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!

And although the SFX were par (as everything is these days) The camera work at the end gave me a headache. I actually fell asleep, which says a lot, because I have been collecting the toys since 1997 and have been into them since 1984. With that said, nothing will ever come close to this movie.

I have been following the new Transformers movie since about 2002 and I was very dissapointed to hear that Michael Bay decided to sell out to General Motors, but more dissapointed after seeing it and noticing that it was nothing more than a two hour commercial full of cameos and crappy footage.
