Hi Britta! I love your recipes. I'm trying your 'gelatinous eyeballs' for the first time this year. How long do you let them set in the fridge before popping them out of the candy mold?

The eyeballs should sit a good 4 hours I think, but I usually leave them in the fridge overnight so I know they're good and stable. Good luck!
