this basically is an explanation to live in a optimistic mind, and not living in a pessimistic one. optimistic people are studied and are proven to have happier lives... although a lot of their thoughts are less realistic than pessimistic people... pessimist might think the more negative of things but this is an action from putting together realistic things... pessimist are proven to have a higher chance of depression and lower self esteem. Just a thought about the whole 'starving children' debate: All that happens in my reality is not my doing, as I don't believe it is all theirs, either. When other suffer, another usually profits. So if others are selfishly creating their own reality without the thought of the well-being of others, perhaps their thoughts are manifesting their own reality at the price of other's lives. I had a dream to become a captain on a cruise ship. So I started to attend college.I would see myself in a captains uniform and that kept me going. I was holding down a full time job at the airport working for Delta Airlines. While working the gates I had this female janitor share a dream she had. I listened as she revealed, she and her daughter were on this cruise ship and at the bow of the ship stood this handsome guy my daughter said, look mom that's the guy that worked at the airport?
Thinking positive will not bring you what you want. However of course it helps to think positive. But the core of getting what you want must be a desire that comes from within that says no matter what it takes it will happen. It's a knowingness and staying focus. I believe that what ever we want, we must set into motion by taking some form of action. This whole concept is very elusive! But it works on trust,focus and action!

This concept doesn't work as literally as some would have you believe. The power of thought can only create possibilities; we are not individually in complete control. It's not as if you can think about winning the lottery and you will actually win. Instead thinking about it will create a desire to buy a ticket and thus thought has created a possibility. This concept doesn't work as literally as some would have you believe. The power of thought can only create possibilities; we are not individually in complete control. It's not as if you can think about winning the lottery and you will actually win. Instead thinking about it will create a desire to buy a ticket and thus thought has created a possibility. If it were as simple as thought creating reality what would happen if everyone drove around thinking about green lights?

@riviera3000, Maybe their thinking (subconscious) was wrong. Take for example a child which gets born in a very poor country, in a very poor family with nothing to eat. This child doesn't know wealthy days so can't really believe they excist. This wealthy life lies outside the frame of reference of the child and therefore the child only believes in a poor life for him. This creates it
Its just a guess. This Law seems to cover all cases with a few exceptions, which I don't understand yet either.

..A safe child is a child that never LEARNS FEAR and therefore has no fearful thoughts, or vibrations that will match up and align with the thoughts and vibrations of another person intent on doing them harm. That goes for boogeymans under the bed/in the closet because that translates in their minds to "behind the bushes" when they are OUTSIDE of the care and safety provided by parents.
