No song here but a story, and I have never forgotten it.
Negative boy (-b) could not decide on whether to go or not go (-/+) to a rad party (radical) where there was a square bouncer (b squared) looking for 4 missing (-4) Alcohol Containers (AC). They didn't find them (divided by) so the party went on until 2Am (2A).
how about to the tune of pop goes the weasel? that's how i learned it. except the lyrics are "x is equal to negative b, plus or minus the square root, of b squared minus four a c, all over two a."
I prefer using the tune of "pop goes the weasel," with the lyrics: "x is equal to negative b, plus or minus radical, b squared minus four a c, all over two a."
We have a song like that we use in Oklahoma, except the word radical is replaced with the words square root of. It's TRULY interesting to see how many spins there are.
I just sing it to the tune of jack in the box. "X equals negative B plus or minus the square root, of B squared minus 4AC aaaalllll over 2A!

I've heard a lot of songs like this. It's kind of interesting to see how many different songs people can come up with.
