Pudge was the best Ranger ever. As a lifetime Ranger fan, it was more than a pleasure to watch him. He was so beloved here that when he left a huge part of the Rangers died. At one point, he would throw out over 50% of all runners, and would even gun out players on first before they even knew what happened. I still think about 1996 and think the Rangers played the Yankees better than anyone in the playoffs. Very sad day when he left here. He is a winner.

Farnsworth was lucky to be with us this year after last year, even tho Torre didn't use him correctly. Farnsworth finally woke up big deal, Molina is doing good but we need more and with all the respect we can't ask Molina for more, we got a bargain outta this whether its a rental or keeper, doesn't matter.

Two years ago no one attempted to steal on Pudge for two months, not weeks or days, two months. Pudge is the best catcher ever. The best thing the Rangers ever have done wasto call him up from Tulsa. The very first game as a Ranger he threw 2 base stealers out.
