although the cover of this docu-film IS suspect, and the maker IS a son of the Gamble family, the message in Thrive is mostly correct and the effort seems genuine. the solutions offered are also plausible. the fact that they don't mention hemp oil isn't a huge deficit, simply because that issue hasn't got a lot of relevance to its subject. nontheless hemp oil IS a very medicinal substance, but there are other cancer cures as well besides the usual radiation. look up Stanislaw Burzynski and see.

Smoking Cannabis is only good for about half of the medicial uses, good for pain, asthma and other conditions, but in reality the oil is the real medicine, smoking is more for recreation. Hemp oil doesn't cure all cancer, that I do know, but it IS a major curative in a lot of cases and surely doesn't hurt. I eat the shelled seeds almost daily. I think not everyone promotes hemp oil because the truth is there are a lot of other alternatives that work. A lot of us don't like smoking pot either.
