  • Man, the SNES version KILLS this one in every aspect

  • the snes version is horrible

  • Much better the Super Nintendo version, the music here is bad, and in the Snes is GREAT!!

  • I dont feel well,

I think i need to watch some SNES gameplay of this.

  • hell yeah? i didnt even know there was a genesis version xD

  • I played this when I was 5.......I cried for a whole night LOL

  • OMG this takes me wayyy back

  • The Genesis sounds worst than the NES...

  • I agree with you.I played both growing up and while the sound effects were good for Genesis and it looked more vibrant than the SNES I have to say the music wasWAY better on SNES.Hated the way it came out in genesis. I don't know if it was sequencers or whatever but it didn't have the chilling effect the other version had.Felt more upbeat and that didn't fit well with the game's content. ANd good water sound fx doesn't compensate :/ I did like the blood game over. But purple ooze grows on u 2 :3

  • snes version looks better

  • the sound fucking sucks on this version

  • Wow, this is way different from SNES! :O

  • Awesome game! Best played on the Genesis, no doubt about it!

  • @HaleCaesarAA12 Really? Worse sound, worse graphics, smaller screen area and if I remember the controls weren't as good on the MD/Genesis due to less buttons.

  • @TheBroz Actually the SNES version had the sound glitches (Entering or leaving water made your eardrums bleed) and color errors (Like the all pink med packs), and with a six button controller the controls were superior on the gen/MD version. The screen was cut down a bit for the HUD, but I liked the arcade feel that gave.

  • @HaleCaesarAA12 lol! entering the water in the snes version wasn’t bad at all. It just sounded like a splash sound effect from any other game.

  • @HaleCaesarAA12 Snes was better for this game
