You're probably thinking of 1975-79, AFTER Aunty Jack had been made.

Pity it wasn't the whole song. This is from season 2. Aunty Jack never ripped off Python, because when it was written and screened, Python had never been boradcast in Australia. Peter Weir helped write some of the sketches.

At the time ?1972- this show was cutting edge. The videos- finally available- surprised me. I did not think the show would hold up as well as it does. It borrows from Python- but is less brutal.
