It good to see you there. One thing that I noticed is that you have the leadership quality. So put the energy in the right direction not to mention that you are young with age which this much quality which is rare in our society, in-depth knowledge about about our rich Tibetan cultural heritage, You speak Tibetan language far greater than those in exile while staying and studying there plus a Standford students which I am proud of you.
