@ 3rdeye47 i see jazz as a combination of white and black culture because black people picked up "white instruments" and created jazz, something that was very different from how white people played the instruments at the time , and something very different from any music in afirca at the time. And there are many good white jazz musicians, so it is kind of a mix of the two groups if you will. There are other groups that play jazz also, but there definitely is a white black interaction in jazz.
